Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations. You will help guide team members through performance and training initiatives and ensure excellent customer service throughout each shift.

The role offers exposure to inventory management, cash handling, and cost controls while supporting a fast-paced team. A Serve Safe certification is a plus and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the general manager and assistant manager.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and customer service quality.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise up to 15 employees and ensure compliance with labor laws.
