Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Shift Manager in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. The Shift Manager will oversee operations and direct team members, maintaining high performance in areas such as customer service, speed of service, and quality control.

Ideal candidates must possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage costs effectively, and ensure compliance with operational policies. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Run a great restaurant on all shifts using AES systems.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service and operations.
