Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations and ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction, especially during shifts when management is not present.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification. Candidates should excel in leadership and customer satisfaction, able to work under high standards while managing food and labor costs.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
