Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a supervisory role in Food/Hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational tasks, including food prep, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high quality.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.
