Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations and guest satisfaction at our Atlanta-area location. You will work under the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth service, quality food, and a safe environment while contributing to team development.

The role includes assisting with hiring, training, and coaching staff, promoting our moments of delightful possibility for customers and creating a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Prefer at least 6 months of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is prepared and served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility.
