Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will ensure quality food, safety, and a clean, efficient environment for guests.

You’ll also help with hiring, training and developing team members, fostering a positive, high-energy culture and driving great customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain quality food, safety, and cleanliness to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members to deliver great service.
• Support shift leadership to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
