Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking an on-site Shift Manager (Manager-on-Duty) to lead daily operations, coach teams, and ensure safety and brand standards in a fast-paced car wash setting. You will oversee staffing, resolve guest and team issues, and drive consistent service quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or car wash environments, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolve guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and maintain operational readiness.
