Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, manage staffing, and uphold safety and brand standards across shifts. You will drive guest satisfaction and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on coaching staff, ensuring service quality, and rotating through leadership areas to build broad operational skills toward higher level leadership. This is a full-time on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution, staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolve guest and team issues.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions with clear communication.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and readiness.
