Job summary
Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, safety, and guest experience across our Arizona locations. As Manager-on-Duty, you’ll drive team performance, coaching, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
- Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
