Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in Cedartown, GA. You will supervise team members, greet guests, ensure strong service, and manage opening or closing duties, while keeping the restaurant compliant with safety and health standards.

The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with responsibilities that span production oversight, cash handling, and staff training as needed to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Availability to manage one or more opening and/or closing shift(s) on a weekly basis.
• Dependable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm, inviting spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs promptly.
• Use a headset to take orders, give directions, and receive directions.
• Accurately capture orders and suggest menu items.
• Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to safe work practices.
• Comply with health department regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Production management, temperature logs, waste tracking, and inventory checks.
• Sales reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members at stations.
• Address escalated guest concerns.
• Assist with banking and product transfers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
