Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations on an hourly basis in Mississippi. This role acts in the absence of General Manager to maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while handling issues with team members, suppliers, and guests as needed.

The Team Leader will supervise shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and help manage labor costs. Training staff and enforcing standards are key responsibilities in this position.

Qualifications

• Supervise assigned shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Address guest feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in training team members and maintaining uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive experience for guests and staff.
• Manage FOH and BOH responsibilities to help control labor costs.
• Monitor service speed to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Help train new hires and existing staff on procedures.
• Enforce uniform policy and proper cash handling.
• Open and close the restaurant in absence of upper management.
