McDonalds is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shift performance, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and coach crew and other managers to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality or retail, enjoy teamwork, and can work a flexible schedule. Must be 18+ and ready to manage in a corporate-owned restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonalds environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonalds standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager.
