McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, supervise crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness. This role requires a proven leadership background in a fast-paced dining setting and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

You’ll mentor staff, ensure safety, and strive for excellent customer experiences. Ideal candidates are 18+, ready to drive results, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining McDonald’s standards and brand

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to supervise shifts, coach crew and ensure standards.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate updates.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and prepare the next shift.
