McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You will supervise crew and other managers, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and uphold McDonald’s standards for safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a passion for a fun, energetic work environment. You must be 18 or older to manage in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise crew and other managers during a shift, plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handoffs.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
• Responsibilities include Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance, Scheduling, Training, Quality Food Production, and Customer Service.
