Super Star Car Wash in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Shift Manager-on-Duty to lead daily operations, ensuring safe, fast, high-quality service and strong guest experiences. You will manage staffing, coach teams, and ensure brand and safety standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities
