Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to act as Manager-on-Duty in Surprise, AZ. You will lead daily shift execution, ensure safety and service standards, and resolve guest and team issues with discretion.

The role emphasizes coaching, staff development, and maintaining brand standards while rotating through leadership focus areas to build broader operational skills. Compensation reflects experience and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures, including safety and brand standards.
• Oversee rotational leadership focus areas: People & Staffing, Sales & Training, Operations & Tunnel.
• Identify safety risks and address issues immediately while maintaining site cleanliness and equipment readiness.
