Flynn Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to join our outstanding team. As a leader in the Food/Hospitality industry, Flynn Arby's is renowned for its exceptional service and impeccable execution.

We are searching for a skilled professional who is driven, thorough, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. This position offers Full Time / Part-Time status with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.
