You will oversee staff, duties, and shift coverage across locations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day operations while upholding our mission to include individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing cafe setting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shop and oversee daily operations.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver quality drinks and catering.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.
• Create welcoming guest experiences and uphold the 321 Coffee mission.
