Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and fellow managers, and uphold McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and mentor team members to meet targets.

Previous leadership experience in fast food or retail is preferred; applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in fast food or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and coordinate with the next shift.
