McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You’ll plan shifts, monitor performance, uphold safety and profitability, and train staff. Prior leadership in food service preferred; you must be 18 or older. This role offers competitive pay and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Prev leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Ensure McDonald’s standards for quality, service, safety, and profitability.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet goals.
