Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a heavy industrial environment (preferably steel, hydrocarbon or mining).
• Experience overseeing, leading, and coaching people.
• CMMS experience; Ellipse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work practices and lead work safely.
• Plan and prioritize daily shift work from the weekly work order packet.
• Write and close out work orders with accurate labor reflections.
• Monitor quality and inspect completed work.
• Coordinate with supervisors to minimize variation and implement best practices.
