As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and clean the grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift
