Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the management team in running effective shifts and maintaining brand standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for 80% of shift
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
