In this role, you will lead your shift, motivate your team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and groundskeeping
