Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by motivating your team, seeking help when needed, and guiding others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
• Ability to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 80% of shift time
