Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring Shift Managers for multiple Burger King locations, including Greenwood, SC. The role combines leadership with frontline restaurant duties, offering part-time or full-time pathways, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience (preferred).
• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Integrity: Model authentic communication and foster an environment of respect, trust, and accountability.
• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
