Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, Burger King franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a Burger King restaurant in Mauldin, SC. This role combines team leadership with operational oversight to drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and smooth shift execution.

You will manage team members on shifts, control costs, uphold safety, and train staff, while delivering hospitality with integrity. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant environments preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma preferred; some college coursework welcome.
• Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity on shifts, delegating tasks, providing feedback and training.
• Oversee shift operations including cleaning, line duties, opening/closing tasks.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash during the shift.
• Champion hospitality by exceeding brand standards and guest experience, ensuring safety and compliance.
