Qualifications
- 18 years old minimum
- High School Diploma preferred
- Some college coursework preferred
- Strong availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks (opening/closing, cleaning, line duties)
- Provide feedback and training to team members
- Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
- Deliver hospitality excellence and exceed brand standards
- Uphold food safety, security, and labor compliance
