Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure high standards of service. Trainees are brought into an expedited program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and eager to learn, with flexibility for full/part-time day or night shifts. The role includes supervising rushes, cash handling, and safety compliance to maintain a quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts

• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
