Job summary

Culver's is seeking aRestaurant Manager to lead daily operations on a on-site basis in Ohio. You will open and close the restaurant on a rotating schedule, supervise shifts to maintain Culver’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, and train team members in food safety and guest care.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule is required.
• Ability to open or close the restaurant as needed.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication with guests, team and management required.
• Maintain a sense of urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Proven trained food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on rotating schedule.
• Run shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate product quality, presentation and hold times.
• Review deployment sheet and adjust for efficiency while controlling labor.
• Train and coach team on safety, procedures, and Culver’s standards.
• Ensure uniform standards and appearance across the team.
• Complete daily tours, deposits, and financial reports.
• Monitor inventory, rotation, and waste documentation.
• Lead problem solving and uphold guest satisfaction.
