Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide the team across shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service.

You will be responsible for cash and inventory controls, training and coaching, and using AES systems to run a high-performing restaurant. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
