Job summary
Socket.dev is seeking an experienced casino operations supervisor in Sparks, NV to administer policies across casino floor and food & beverage operations. You will train staff, ensure guest service excellence, and maintain cash integrity.
Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, coordinating with security and HR, and attending management meetings to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Casino Management experience preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.
- Excellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer policies across casino floor and food & beverage operations.
- Train staff to meet customer service standards and appearance expectations.
- Control cash handling and reconcile procedures per gaming policies.
- Inspect machines/equipment for upkeep and cleanliness on the floor.
- Assist in casino marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor and gaming regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of guests, employees, and assets.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports for Security and HR.
- Direct staff work duties and ensure adequate coverage.
- Attend management meetings to align on operations and strategy.
