You will plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager to prep for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in company-owned restaurants.
