Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service for every customer. You’ll oversee safety, quality, inventory, scheduling and training while maintaining McDonald’s standards.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 18+ is required to qualify in corporate-owned restaurants. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to lead shifts, manage crew, and meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness targets.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee quality, service, safety and profitability during shifts.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Manage food safety, ordering, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Motivate and coach crew and other managers to meet goals.
