Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team players with flexible schedule and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee safety, security, profitability, and staff scheduling.
• Train crew and other managers; ensure departments meet goals.
