Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will guide crew members, monitor Shift performance, and support daily operations in a franchisee-owned restaurant.

Previous leadership experience in food service or retail is preferred. You must be 18 or older to manage in our fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Shift managers lead teams to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
