Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. You will deliver quality customer service and food items while learning and supporting management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, are at least 18, and can pass a background check; strong communication in English will be beneficial for customer interactions across stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following brand standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
