Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and uphold Dairy Queen standards. You will support and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager while coordinating team efforts to deliver a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in food service or retail supervision, must pass a background check, and communicate effectively in English, with fluency potentially required at some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
