Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role requires delivering quality customer service and food products while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be 18 or older, and pass a background check. Strong English communication is preferred for service stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager oversees customer service and food product quality following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Learns and supports management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
