Job summary

Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for one of our locations. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while upholding Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, and supporting management tasks under the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Applicants should be at least 18, have 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, pass a background check, and communicate effectively in English where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
