Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, able to pass a background check, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per company standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
