D Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager will deliver quality customer service and food products in line with company standards and will support management responsibilities under supervision of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager and the ability to pass a background check are required. English fluency is preferred for certain stations within the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
