Job Responsibilities

Our Shift Managers oversee day-to-day store operations, open and close the shop, coach and train new associates, safeguard product quality, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. They model a calm, professional demeanor and keep every shift running smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food-service industry or a related leadership role.
• Hands‑on position; must physically work all shifts, supporting guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Leads by example and upholds high operational standards.
• Coach and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Has reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available full‑time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive employment track record with references.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely.
• Occasional ladder or stair use.
• Constant use of computer, point-of-sale register, and other equipment.
• Frequent wrist and spine flexing and rotation.
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area.
• Constant verbal communication with teammates and guests.
• Clear vision at near and/or far distances.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

Hourly rate $15.00 - $19.00, with quarterly bonus potential.
