PepperJax Grill in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, greet guests, take orders, and ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently.

We offer both full- and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($14.00–$15.00 per hour, with tips potential), a free meal per shift, and opportunities for advancement. Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; align with location language.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a variety of shifts.
• Help maintain dining room, kitchen, and front/behind counter cleanliness.
