PepperJax Grill in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations with an awesome attitude and strong work ethic. You’ll help greet customers, take orders, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fundament math skills.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Must have adequate transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Perform shift manager duties and exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts.
