PepperJax Grill is seeking a Shift Leader to advance from a strong team member to a strong leader on busy shifts. You will work with the team to serve guests, ensure great food, keep the restaurant ready, and begin taking on leadership responsibilities on the floor.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and help manage hospitality and execution while advancing in PepperJax and Weis Restaurant Group. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus, and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to work a leadership schedule.
• Restaurant experience helpful but open to strong people ready for leadership.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical restaurant tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead Crew Members during assigned shifts and stand with the team on service.
• Collaborate with team to deliver hospitality, urgency and execution.
• Coach and train Crew Members to uphold PepperJax standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain organization and focus during busy periods and resolve guest concerns for a positive experience.
• Communicate staffing needs and opportunities to restaurant management.
• Hold yourself and teammates accountable to expectations and responsibilities.
• Open, operate and close the restaurant following PepperJax standards.
