PepperJax Grill is growing and seeking Shift Managers who bring an awesome attitude, genuine personality, and strong work ethic to a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities, advancement potential, and a focus on high-quality, made-to-order meals in a friendly neighborhood setting.

Expect competitive compensation with a base hourly range, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff.

Competenze

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask and work a variety of shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic with reliable transportation.
• Follow safety procedures when handling food.
• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, and process payments efficiently.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently.
