PepperJax Grill in Kansas City, MO is hiring Shift Managers to lead front- and back-of-house operations. You will greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Excellent communication in local language.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Keep dining room and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a variety of shifts.
