PepperJax Grill in Omaha is seeking a Shift Manager to lead dining room and kitchen operations, greet customers, take orders, grill and assemble meals, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will mentor team members and uphold safety standards in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience is preferred.
• Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Must have adequate transportation.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Perform shift manager duties and exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Flexibility, humility and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Work together as a team to ensure cohesive service.
