Job summary

Wingstop in Houston, TX is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership required to achieve objectives in sales, cost, retention, guest service, and food quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shift leads and coordinating with store management.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines & training.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done on schedule and manage costs.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and QSC standards.
